There are lot more actually if you just search but while here on this topic, can I just ask whether submiting articles in these directories still works for SEO? And I mean I get to put effort on creating and submitting articles to them before but I didn't notice improvements to my site.

Since the recent updates of google concerning SEO and rankings, is submitting to them works still?
