Link shorteners with details on clicks/length of stay, etc.

Are there any of these paid for link shorterners that offer more details on how the link is accessed? Like for example, if someone clicks on it, it shows the site received a click. Great, then if they stay on the site for a certain period of time, like lets say 10-20 minutes or longer, that would be a good stat to know as well.

As well, maybe data on where the traffic came from. Because people do share links, so you could find some people coming from all over the place.

I do not remember the name but I once used a linkshortner, it had a 7-second timer (users had to watch the ad for 7 seconds before the web page was displayed. I had to leave the site in the middle because user closed the page before ad timer completed, therefore, I wasnnot earning anything.
