Lets discuss...saggy pants.

So..please tell me. What is the whole deal and so cool about sagging your pants down to your knees? This isn't directed to any race, because we all know multiple races do it.

It originated in jail to let others know that the individual that is sagging pants is "available". So why do it in public?

I honestly don't get this at all. I'm skeptical about showing waistbands let alone the whole sagging look. It's some form of gang culture that I just don't understand
