Joomla good for designing?

I am here to know about Joomla. i heard that it's not good enough having lots of bugs and any professional webmaster don't use it. so what you think about it?

Joomla is not a perfect platform, but neither is drupal or wordpess. Anyone who knows how to create a nice look in photoshop and can code (html, css, and possibly javascript) can create a design for anything!

The only issue is time JLogan

Personally I'd use Wordpress, wherever possible, over Joomla..

I will vote for wordpress all the time. Joomla is too complex and time consuming. But I believe that could be because with joomla you will be able to do a lot more than wordpress.

I personally do not like the Joomla system so i will advise against it, however you should be desinging in a system you feel confident using not what other people tell you to design in in my opnion.
