Is your boss in his/her office most of the time? Or are they out and about checking on you and the other employees? I ask because I always assume that bosses stick to their office the majority of the time. Is this true? Do most bosses stick to their offices like glue? Or are do they make the rounds every so often?

In most of the cases, the bosses are in their offices. This is due to the fact that they need to be in the office so that they could monitor the business. If they are not in the office, then they may have a really harder time monitoring their business. So, it is quite crucial for them to be there.
