Those who are working online are mostly doing their jobs at night, I am also doing most of my online jobs at night, I heard that working at night is unhealthy.

What is your idea? Is it really unhealthy?

We could say that yes, the body is adapted to falling asleep at 11 pm at the latest, after which it begins to be unhealthy, if you add to this that you are working repeatedly every night, I think it will be quite bad. to health

It depends on the nature of your work, if you are someone working from 9 to 5 then work at night for online activities will reflect immediatelly and start burn out after 2 hours from work means at 11 oclock you are no able to do anything that ends by being fired from offline work after a while.

Working at night can be harmful to one's health since it disrupts the normal circadian rhythm, the biological process that governs the sleep-wake cycle. Working night shifts may have the following effects:

Sleep disturbances: Night shift employees frequently have difficulty sleeping during the day, and they may suffer from exhaustion, sleeplessness, and sleep deprivation.

Night shift employment has been linked to an increased risk of various health concerns, including heart disease, metabolic disorders, and intestinal problems.

The human body has been programmed to heighten during the day time and tire out and seek refresh in the night time. It is a constant. Nothing can change that. No matter how much you sleep in the morning, it can't be compared to night sleep.

My brother-in-law worked in a multinational company. His salary was so good, but he resigned when he got sick. He was assigned in the evening as a chemist doing the analysis. He suffered severe anemia due to a lack of sleep. He is now well and works as a university registrar.

It is better to live an average life with good health than live a flamboyant life with myraids of illnesses.

If you have your work schedule to be at night, I don't see anything not being healthy about it. You would most likely rest by the day and work in the night.
This is in one case: That you do not wake up during the morning and sleep at day then one hour sleep at day is equivalent to two hours sleep at night so you over sleeping than needed.

I don't see anything wrong with doing that as long as you can be able to have some sleep during the day which I consider to be pretty crucial as well.

But he was assigned to the laboratory. My brother-in-law is a Chemist, but he disliked to overworked or given a night shift. He cannot concentatte on his analysis.

There is nothing wrong with you working at night though, i believe it can be considered unhealthy only when you do not have enough rest. If you constantly work online without having enough rest, you would end up damaging your body

Working continuously at night is not good. It triggers your blood pressure to rise and not only blood pressure, but also blood sugar. That is one factor why blood sugar rises due to lack of sleep.

This is because if you are working on an office this will directly impact your work means less concentration on the work and also a lot of inconveniences that leads to stop your working by your employer. It is better to do online work early on the morning before work office hours.

@saoussen5765, But my brother-in-law was the senior chemist in his offline work. He received $2,000 monthly salary plus lucrative bonuses. It should have been better for him to have a short vacation for a checkup than to resign.

I primarily work at night. I work in law enforcement from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. I have been nightshifting for quite a few years now. It does make it harder to wake up during the day on my days off work, but that's just the sleep schedule my body is used to.

Most of the time I am working with my online sites during night time because in day time I am busy attending my offline job since that is the only time that I am vacant and got nothing to do.

No, I do not think that working at night is healthy at all. I also work at night and now I am trying to change my schedule. I feel really tired when I sleep late at night.
