Is renting library books worth the hassle?

Do you think renting out library books is worth the hassle?

I never liked it, while I'm all for returning what is borrowed I've always felt the library where I lived was really anal about having it returned or having you check in regularly with them.

A lot of times, libraries will allow you to extend the rental period online. Have you tried that?

I can't remember the last time I stepped into the library. I don't have the patience to go sit down there to even read either. My preference just changed completely.

If you want to read and build your knowledge but do not have money to buy books, library can be very useful. It is worth the hassle.
