Is NABTEB a better choice for O'level students?

A lots of students can't afford Waec (GCE) after lock down, but can manage to aquire NABTEB. I'd NABTEB a good choice or better still wait for another year? Has the exam been approved by the International Examination Board (IEB)?

I think its GCE is better but the major disadvantage is the cost
But if NABTEB is cheaper the students can go for it

No, waec or gce id better
nabteb is only recognized as a result in Nigeria you cant use it to process international admission but waec is accepted all over the world

All exams are better, but they did not have the same value. Ssce exams I still the best, because it is a west African state exams. Most schools within this nation prefer ssce exam than any other exams. So I will advise you to be serious about ssce exams. And make your younger ones face the exam squarely, so that they can pass the exam once.

Nabteb is actually a good choice for students but I won't say that it's the best choice because the examination is quite difficult. It's very few students that actually gets to pass it.
