To keep a relationship may seem harder most time. There are always ups and downs as a result of differences between the two lovers.
Among the problems is trust. It takes longer year of not forever to build trust because of jealous issue.
So, my question is jealous lack of trust or being afraid of losing one's partner.

No, It is an impression of being caring and scared of losing someone because of getting attached to someone. If your partner always making jeslous it is a sign love love.

Jealousy comes out of a lack of trust, lack of trust in the process of life, in your partner, in yourself.lack of trust breeds insecurity, which creates jealousy we stifle these feelings because they are uncomfortable.

To a certain stage, being jealous is an act of I care for a certain person. But the jealousy becomes something else when it goes beyond the boundaries of care and it looks like someone is stalking the other and it seems that the other person has no sort of freedom whatsoever. Jealousy is good but should be watched.

It depends, some time jealous is after lack of trust and sometimes jealous is sign of caring or love also.
When there come lack of trust it will creates some doubt also and at the end jealousy. Sometimes when you care or love alot you will be able to jealous as well.

Jealousy is not a good attitude. It's a plague that spread like wildfire. Anyone that exhibit this kind of behavior should seek spiritual assistance because it's evil. Jealousy can make you think badly of your neighbors because you feel why is he/she doing better than me while I'm better? Jealous people don't see anything good or interesting in people's achievements.

A very few may make it through life without ever encountering a jealousy trigger, but the vast majority of humans will have to face jealousy at some point in their lives, whether they are in a consensual nonmonogamous (CNM) relationship or not.

The two are intertwined. Jealous might not be lack of trust. It's just a way to express excess love for someone. One could trust someone he or she loves and still be jealous. It is just a way some people express their love and they don't want to share with anyone else. They do trust the person but they can't bare seeing them with someone else
Love conquers all

I find out that people that jealous over people, or things are people that have serious personality disorder , and this happens more amongst women. If you really wants to overcome jealousy you have to always focus on yourself, and leave people alone. You can always be you, and people can always be what they are.

Jealousy comes out of a lack of trust; lack of trust in the process of life, in your partner, in yourself. Lack of trust breeds insecurity, which creates jealousy; we stifle these feelings because they are uncomfortable. It’s a vicious circle, and as long as our thoughts and energy are clearly focused on what we could lose, that is exactly what will happen. This is the cold hard truth about jealousy: It’s a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Jealousy is an act that show care , love to someone and mostly at times it due to hatred. But jealousy show the excessive love for someone and express the that does not want to be shared with another person that's thy don't want the person to share the love with another person

Jealousy derives from wanting something that isn't in your favor, such as unwanted attention your SO is receiving from the opposite sex. Not trusting your SO comes from your inability to give them trust, or they have violated the trust you already gave them and therefore you no longer trust them

In a way jealousy could be termed as lack of trust but I strongly believe that, this is not the case in every situation, as some times is not based on the fact that you are suspicious of the activities of the other person but you don't just want that person attention divided or shared with you.

Being jealous in a relationship does not mean you do not trust your partner. It simply means you love them to the point that you always want their attention. Being jealous in a relationship is healthy, but it can become unhealthy when you constantly get jealous over any little thing, in that case you are being insecure

I don't think jealous is lack of trust. You can be jealous of your partner's certain actions even when you knows very well that you trust each other. I think jealous on the other hand is sign of love as well because you can't be jealous of who you don't love.
