Yes , there are surveys that even pay more than $2 per day but its limited to some certain countries , a friend in Germany gets at least $5in a survey sites per day , but they are not meant for africa, and people using vpn usually get suspended when they reavh the cash out time.

Yes it's possible but it depends on some factors like the country you're from and how many survey sites your working on, some Surveys pay $1 for 15 mins, so if you combine 2 to 3 of that you'll make more than $2
