Is it feasible in your nation to offer health insurance at no cost?

Health insurance is not inexpensive, and from what I understand, it is not provided for free in many nations because it serves no national interest. However, I believe that more industrialized nations could provide health insurance if they were compelled to do so. In my nation, public hospitals only provide free treatment for minor illnesses that don't require pricey medications, not always. But I don't think that all of stuff will become free at some point.

Ours is a developing country, it does not have enough resources to provide free insurance or free medical treatment. However, it does offer insurance on disocounts and it also offers free treatment to certain group of people, for instance, elderly people, single mother.

I think there should be free healthcare options for people who cannot earn money to afford it, like children. However, though, other people need to be more responsible because free government healthcare drags down the quality of healthcare.
