I'm sure some of you have seen a lot of people investing in a Project/Business/Company that hasn't been released yet, which means, the person that came up with the idea of the business didn't really have to take the capital on consideration as he had investors already.
How do you think some people are able to bring investors to their businesses and convince them to invest on it without even its existence?

It can be done by sharing the the project idea, when you sell the idea and people love the idea and also believe in the idea they will begin to invest immediately, the aim and objectives and also the interest rate always attract investors.

You can get investors before your business or product is launched in the market. A lot of start-up companies are funded by investors so that the company begins formal operation. In order to get fundings, your project should be very promising. You can try crowd funding or look for angel investors for your project.

That's where a well developed business plan comes into place. The idea can be used to buy interest and once you present something that enticed their spirit, you've won them over.
You can also win them over by selling a particular percentage of the shares to them too.

This is achieved by sheer ability to network with investors and introducing your business ideas to them, once this is done and they trust and believe in your business, then they will be willing to invest in your business even without your business coming to existence yet.

It happens often. All it takes is for the owner of the idea to have a good proposal. He will also be able to prove and stand by the genuineness of the proposal. Then potential investors will be attracted.

Why not, if you've got a very good business plan and you've done your feasibility study and market research to show the profitability of the business, getting investors wouldn't be a problem.
Sometimes investors may be close family or friends that have faith in the owner of the business so convincing them wouldn't be a problem.

Ventural capital firms and corporate investors come handy when it comes to start up funds for business/project.
Ventural capital firms come with the biggest checks, the most power to fuel success and gaining market share

It is a possibility things to get people that will invest on your business even before the existing of the business. If you share a business idea, and if the idea is well composed, you will also make a proper proposal that you can defend. So, this can make investors have interest in your business idea.

The only way is to convince the investor that they are getting their money worth or more by investing in the business, showing comprehensive and detailed plan and strategies to push the products into the market. Basically it is all about convincing them.

If you have an idea that you feel is unique and will solve a specific problem, all you need to do is to identify someone that you believe will listen to you and is financially okay to bankroll the business, explain the business to him, and try to convince him/her to join you as a co-owner of the business.

In the movie industry I have seen some film directors who would approach a potential film producer to discuss a project. Once the director had convinced the person to produce the movie he will ask for a down payment of about 20% of the project that is meant to cover 10% of the shooting of the movie. Unfortunately there are many potential producers who were scammed by that technique. What makes matters worse is that there is no organization that handles the issue of scamming. The scammed person would just have to charge it to experience.

It is possible to have people invest in your proposed business when they see that such business is going to solve a big problem in the society. This takes a lot of effort to achieve as not everyone will believe in your business ideas when you are yet to start anything regarding such business.

From my point of view, people who invest in a business before it is launched, it is because it has proven to have a good project for the future and it is viable with all the presentation that the entrepreneur has made. Another reason may be that the entrepreneur has a good resume in his previous experiences as an entrepreneur.

I have heared of something like this before. There are many investors that loom for opportunities in business that are launching who they know will perform very well and then invest in them because if they launch, their stocks would be higher.

I think you should reach out to people who you feel have the potentials and make them a number of wonderful offers. This should help.

The person must have a business plan before going into the business because is very important to do research, so that you can know how to start.

Every thing fall down to marketing strategy, yes it is very possible, especially is the y see what they might look if it works and eventually because they didn't key in,on time another person might take the deal, that is risk in business and it part if business success criteria

Such feat can be achieved through; sharing of the idea, its aims, objectives and goals. It also has to do with the feasibility the potential investors foreshadow before they can invest.

People tend to invest in things they would benefit from in the long run. This is why a business plan is also very important. You can show potential investors your business plan and idea, if they are interested they would invest in it.
