I have been having trouble with finding sleep lately. I find myself sleeping at 3 am and waking up at 5. I do not know the cause of this trend. All through, I am either on the internet or watching a movie. It has translated to me sleeping during day time. I have tried to stop this habit but every time I find myself repeating it over. Sometimes I go to bed as early as 8 pm, but end up sleeping at 3. I am even thinking of seeking medical assistance.
