What information should you include in a letter of complaint to a business or government entity, regarding a business?

There are several information which is needed to be Included while writing complaints against an organisation depends on the current situation you are facing either the failure of the organisation to provide you with your request etc.
 
I think it depends on what your complaints are about, also I'm not quite sure what you are asking to be included, are asking about the address, email and others, or what to write.
 
Depending on the kind of business if I'm to organise an oil company I will go to port-harcot because that is where we get crude oil in this part of our country.
 
I believe it depends on who you're writing it to because there's a format to follow if you're writing to a court of law or to a regulatory body
 
The letter should be depends on what you are trying to complaint about, the body letter might government law or regulatory body especially industries and companies.
 
There should be a clear date stated as to when the incident took place to enable the right bodies make proper investigations, and if possible there should be clear evidence as to what you are complaining about as well to make the process Abit fast

For a better feedback, one can always include a good explanation of the issue that occurred, the date and time it occurred, if it has to do with a product, state the product information, if it has to do with your bank account, state your account name and account number, do make sure to address it to the right department and don't forget to include your suggestion and phone number.
 
Information to include in business complaint should be descriptive and expository in nature. The date of any occurrence, the address, the challenges faced and your email and phone number should be inclusive.

The name and address of the business, their contact information. Also you need to state the exact day or period you had business with them that led to your dissatisfaction, the number of times you tried to contact them and their responses. In all, always make sure evidences are attached
 
Th content of the letter would depend on the complaint.
You have to consider if the business is a nuisance to you and the environment, if the business is dealing in fake products, etc.

I think you should search and check the things you are battling with and also the things that are the best ,when it comes to writing complaint you need to put everything on order
I think it's not difficult to write a complaint letter and finding the things to include in that complaint letter it's quite simple because for restart the product name that is eliciting the complaint is of paramount importance when writing a complaint letter so and other relevant information as regards the discomfort or dissatisfaction that you are not getting in the product.
 
A complaint letter to me should not have so many constant terms it should be based on the situation at hand,and the reason for the complain
 
You should include proof of conducting business with such entities like a receipt of something purchased. The date ant time of this purchase and the circumstances that lead to your complain about this business on your dealings with them
 
The information one needs to include in a complaint form depends on who you're writing it to and why you're writing it. Buy you shouldn't forget to mention the complain in the writing. Also the address of the business center is important
 
Complains depending on the company if it was an exporting and importing of goods, you can complain that the goods they brought to you wasn't the one that you ordered for
 
I think the complaint letter must exhibit clarity. It should be written in a simple and very comprehensive language. It should be written in categories with headings to explain the business in a very clear terms without mincing words. It also depends on the type of complaint.
