Infinite Scroll on Websites' Home Page

How do you feel about the websites with infinite scroll enabled?
I personally tend to hate these kind of websites. In my opinion the home page should give you an overall picture about the website, not some list of never ending data. I am a fan of magazine type themes which give you excerpt from around 10 posts on the home page.

I like pagination (Which is what I believe you're on about here xD) like on 9Gag and Memebase. All preference I suppose.

Well 9gag and similar sites do have a lot of visitors already, and there is not much to read. So thats ok for those websites. But websites with lots of text to read I think pagination is better.

I love it. Sometimes it can get annoying waiting for a new pages and so I'd rather just be able to scroll down and continually read content.
