I'm doubting that tiny homes are worth the investment

I've not tried the small house business before but it will be nice to try it out as house don't usually appreciate over time and it can actually be the place for rent, one good thing about this is that you can estimate how much you will make or lose. I think it is a lucrative business.

All investment in the real estate are profitable as the increase in value over time and due to the need for shelter by man there would always be demand for it so tiny houses would still generate profit.

I think you could do a comprehensive analysis yourself, compare the price of the purchase to the capital you would make if you were to make it commercial.

Analysis would help and the truth about real estate investment is the fact that if you are investing in it to keep for a long time . The risk of buying it expensive is still worth it, because real estate hardly depreciates

Some tiny homes ended coming out with great individuals and marvelous people in the society and community at large. It doesn't always have to be about a good and well educated house.

I have not invested in house businesses but I can say it depends on the location of the houses and it quality if it's in the urban areas then it will be cost to buy but profitable to sale it out.

Absolutely correct. In my country, there's a lot of ridiculous prices renting a tiny apartment is going for in urban areas. The cost of acquiring one is mind boggling. I've been thinking how to get in less developed areas and hold as well for flipping later in future.

i do not believe that any money invested on real estate is a waste of time, it would definitely work out well for you except there is war or natural disaster in that area your built the house.

Though all investment concerning real estate like tiny home apartment are always lucrative but we don't really know what the future might tell concerning this style of business .
