This is just for your safety and it is something to know. I had a friend who got lucky and got a cease and desist but not everyone is that lucky. It can cause ugly legal situations.

I've actually known people who have gotten sued over it. It's so stupid, but it's copyright material. Actually, I kind of understand because I wouldn't want someone stealing my graphics.

It happens especially when people start reporting your content for copyright infringement. It happens on youtube a lot... not for images but for videos that break copyright rules.
