I want to build my next desktop

I want to build my next desktop PC.

I want to build something that is capable of editing 4K video with no problem.

I need a lot of space and something fast.

I'd also like it to be able to handle gaming (I actually just play one game-Sims 4)

Any suggestions of stuff to use, builds and such, would be helpful. I'm confident that I'll be able to do it. I just need a good starting point.
