How to you communicate with your staff?

Do you communicate with your staff within the forum through private messages and staff forums, or do you use any kind of social communication tool, discord for instance? As a forum owner, I have used telegram to communicate with my staff. I find it easy to use. As a staff on forums, I use discord, and slack.I have also used Pumble and Zoho in the past, but these I am not using these tools.

We use Discord as the "live chat" part of our community, and the site/forum/blog as the 'topic discussion' area.

Sorta like random chit-chats on Discord (and staff lounge), but focused topics I'm trying to push the website more. Though, we're waiting on MS to unblocklist us since outlook mails aren't getting verification emails. When we rented our public Cloud server, they randomly assigned us a former spammy IP. We may be going after a new IP for our server, maybe that'll solve the email issue.
