How to survive when your business is in a dead industry

Whenever you have reasons to believe that something is no longer working I am always of the opinion that you should cut your losses and then look for me where you are better off .

There are times when you will realised that the business is no longer working and you can't revive the business no matter how you try , then you have to let the business go.

I don't think there's anything one can do about it. Once government has banned a thing, I don't think one can upturn it. The only thing one can do about it is to close the business and try another one.

Well, this happened when the government banned all transactions involving crypto currencies and it affected so many people. However, some businesses still went on to defy the order.

In order to revive your business when its no longer working and about to collapse , you must sit down and replan , restrategise on ways which you think you can take to survive the business.

You've said it all, there's nothing more to do than to replan, and also try to come in with new strategies, I think this will help a lot, what do you think?
