Sometimes your staff members just can't handle it anymore, but I think there needs to be a way to stop that from happening. Being more organized and giving them room to be a normal member of the forum might help a lot, but what other things can we do?

Well, paying a good wage is one start. The next is giving them adequate time-off and help when things are too busy. I mean, it's just like with a regular business like a restaurant, for example.

Doing a touchbase with staff would really help, just to check in how they're doing so signs of burnout can be detected early and preventive measures can be planned ahead because even if staff have adequate time-off, there are outside factors that should be considered.

I think that time off can be helpful as well so instead of having them active at all times they instead take turns and shifts in order to prevent burn out.

Giving them compulsory leave periods is also one way of preventing staff burn out asides seeking better automation processes. That way, they're rested and recuperate well upon resumption of duty - all staff should be mandated to take their leave.

The best way to stop such thing is to never overload them with excessive work. You must also offer breaks in between the shifts and this is the best way to avoid exhaustion.

One of the ways an employer could help his staff member is by giving them adequate time off,so that they can cool off and then refresh and put themself and mind back to shape, this will help the job and productivity.

Well sometimes the misbehaviour of people are unpredictable sometimes you can makes all necessary efforts to please them but it will fail. good salaries or wages can also help.

This is why taking a break is very important in anything that you're doing. It's not just at work that get burnt out but in all form of engagement. Once it gets to that point, it's very important that you take a time off. You can always come back better refreshed.

Well, the major issue is that granting excessive breaks could also prove to be bad because if you grant lengthy breaks, then your employees could become quite lazy.

If the forum is really big and if there are only few members to look after the forum, I think the staff will experience burnout. That's when the admin should hire additional staff.

Actually every behaviour is as a result of a given circumstances and you may end up treating a sickness without treating the caused of the sickness. try to find out reason behind there behaviour before taking actions.

This is because each human has capacity so put all the work for just one staff is something bad and exhausting so you have to manupilate a lot of staffs in the same time and also this is to prevent that staff gets bored from your work timeline because they are humans.

One of the best ways to stop such kind of thing is to offer breaks when it comes to job timings. It is simply not possible for any person to work continuously all the time.

A simple check-in with the staff to see how they're doing would be very beneficial in order to spot burnout symptoms early and plan ahead for preventive measures since even if the staff has enough time off, external influences should be taken into account.

first you need to put into considering that staffs are human being and not some robot, so they need periodic rest during working hours as it involves mental and physical stress that comes with the job.

Physical stress and getting tired is a very common thing and it also depends on the overall health of a person as well. A person may require rest when he feels tired. It is important to maintain good health if you want to make good money.

The best way is to give bonuses for good work it's very important because many people are lazy these days if they don't work and are pretty much lazy try to find other staff members also be aware that you need to treat them right and give them work that they can handle well they are human too just like all of us
