Is it advisable to start a new business with as team or as individual?
In every business if it is new or old you need a team without a team it would be very difficult to manage your business especially if you want to expand it and make branches.

It is not advisable to even start with a large team, as it is the starting stage and doesn't have a lot of task to handle yet, and also lot of people having different perspectives can cause delay in decision making. Expansion of team is advisable only when there is visible progress and increase in tasks.

You should first of all focus on getting the right thing that you think is good for you. You should ensure that these are people who actually want to work with you and people who believe in your mission and vision.

Exactly, when teaming up for a business establishment try as much as you can to figure out and select loyal and trustworthy members to Wich your aims and objectives is same.
Exactly , that is what we try to do but at the same time it may be difficult because some people may claims to be very good even when they are not and they are likely to cause problem when they are selected to be among the team members.

Starting a business with people is not really a problem to me , the only problem here is how you can be able to organise these people that they work in honesty to prevent cheating in the business.

Actually business ventures depends, there are some business that requires partnerships or teams and some business that requires only you as an individual. depending on the amount of resources that will be invested.

There are a lot of factors to be considered here for one to answer the questions which you didn't provide like the nature of the business and also if you have the capital to start it up all by yourself.

Starting a business with a limited amount of employees could be a really big problem. You may not want to overburden your employees at all and make sure you take care of them.

I wouldn't stress them much. It depends on what you want . For me I will try as much as possible to identify people that are most qualify for business and employ the little I can. They will definitely help the business grow as long as too much responsibility is not on them.

You have a good business mindset but let me tell you that an experience individual can start a new business alone without involving any other person besides his workers and expand his business.

You don't need to have alot of people to start up your business, however when the business continues to grow and advancement begins to widen there would be a need to further add more people to the team.

A business can be started alone depending on the size of the business , but once its becoming biggie and you need to open another branch , then you need to have some people around you working for you as a team because it can't be done alone .

Firstly, setout your mission and vision for the business and ensure that your team embraces it, then get competent and qualified people and build a team with them, lastly, source for funds and partnerships to get the business running

I think that there is a reason why you should be worried about the number of employees. if you work with a limited amount of employees, then it will definitely have a big effect ion your productivity.

It depends . If that is what is required at that period of time I don't think the effects will really be much. But as demands and works increases in the business you can choose to employ in people to cope with the extra burdens ands and activities. You don't employ such a huge number of people at once

Overburden your employee can only happen when you are running a huge business and you have lesser workers woeking under your command , but if it a smaller business , you can start with few workers and increase the numbers as the business is growing ,

Starting a business with a small team requires careful planning, hard work, and dedication. By following these steps, you can increase your chances of success and build a profitable business.
Develop a clear business plan: This will be your roadmap for your business, and it should include your mission statement, target audience, marketing strategies, and financial projections. Identify your niche, Determine the area in which you want your business to operate and what makes your business unique. This will help you stand out from the competition.

Both team-based and solo business startups have their benefits and drawbacks. Having access to a variety of viewpoints and experiences while starting a firm with a team can help with decision-making.

I am an ardent believer in team work. If you can get a few people with like minds that can come together and work, it would be better to start with a team. I started my business with a team that supported till I could stand on my own.

You do not need a big team unless you want to launch a manufacturing unity. Most of the businesses can be easily started with a small team and gradually build the team
