Don't advice starting this business at all this is actually an obsolete business idea why will I go to a cafe when I have phone with good Internet connection why do I need to go to a cafe when I can access all the information I need from my room on my phone or laptop don't advice you to start this business at all

Wow, $400 that's quite a large sum to begin a business with when you said low cost I was thinking of something around $200 or $250.
but if one plans to start a cyber cafe at a low cost code start with second hand computi as you said and also start with just a few computers, and as time goes on and the business gathers more customers and income, you then expand.

that's a decent budget that made you get your business started already, for anyone who's on a low budget and still interested in a similar business, i'd advice you to go for some low range PC's that are only meant for internet browsing (any pc with a 2 cores cpu can do that smoothly)

Do you have security measures set in so that people can't access pornographic content for example? I would just worry that some bad person would come in, search for really offensive things, and get you in trouble.

In as much that the poster success story is quite nice I don't advise anyone going into cybercafe business....like almost everyone has a smartphone nowadays and all smartphones comes with internet... You can do almost everything from your home now.... Even some place offer free wifi to their customers so why go to cybercafe if not only to print documents which you can also do at the leisure of your home as secondhand printers are not too expensive.
