Debt recovery is a process or procedure of collecting or recovering a debt from debtors. This occurs when a loan remains unpaid after several demands for repayment have been made by the creditor or when customers or clients refuse to pay for the goods or services delivered. There are several factors responsible for s debtor's refusal to pay debts. These include unavailability of the funds at a given time, bankruptcy or the debtor's sheer refusal to pay their debts.

Lol you just said how to recover money from bad customers? God it's not easy because they might not want to pay or pay and want to have another goods on credit and keep playing you but all I did is that am always calm down towards them and afford them later I keep asking for my money and try to find out where they are staying then keeps demanding for my money in a calm way but some times get angry but not really angry later same day calm down to explain things to the customers

My retailing company picked up a bad debt in a bad client. The company is a large company, but unfortunately, they have faced delays in payment over the past couple of months. Our standard cash back is 30 days, but they'll pay extra if you wait beyond the first 30 days. However, the business is not small and is a very large one with several orders, so we cannot just drop it. The only way to fix the issue is to raise resources to cover the cash flow deficit that impacted the company's capital. In fairness, as that company has paid all its debts so I cannot keep any poor debts backwards in consideration of that company.

That's good debt, that's a business loan. Or it could be a mortgage that you borrow from the bank to invest in investment property, that's good debt. Or it could even be student loan that you borrow from the government. Now you are improving your skillsets, so you can deliver more value to the marketplace.

This is one of the biggest if not the biggest challenge facing entrepreneurs, giving or rendering a service which demands money but in return the person who a particular service is rendered to finds it difficult to fulfill part of his bargain,it's too bad and people should understand that it is very bad.

It is very easy to collect money from a debtor. But when it comes too bad the debtor that is where the challenge started because you need to be patience while handing over the debtor to the higher stage where you know that your money will get back to you successfully.

Recovering a bad debt can be quite challenging and requires alot of patience and paperwork. First we will need to consider the initial agreement that was made between the seller and the buyer. That will go along way to determine the progress that will be made in retrieving or recovering the debt. then two you need to study the customer more carefully to determine, whether the customer is telling the truth or not. You need to ascertain the sincerity of the customer. Then make the necessary report to the law enforcement agency.

This is really hard as one can only easily lent people some money but to repay will now turn into crises. But the best way isn't to crucify the debtor but to rather bargain with the debtor and reach an agreement on when to be gradually paying it back. Or report the case to agencies handling such issues

In our country our government has pass the resolution on who ever the debtor even if its small or large amount of money it will face a crime if its not pay or paying the amount to the one who they burrow money from.

The best way to collect moneyvfrom bad debtors is that
Contact with a friendly payment reminder. Contact with an overdue payment reminder.

Send a formal letter of demand.
Consider using a debt collecting agency as a last resort.

After throwing in the towel on collecting a customer’s debt, you may consider involving outside help. To retrieve lost debts, you can reach out to a collection agency or small business lawyer.

A collection agency or lawyer might be able to get a customer to pay you. But, the payment might come after you’ve written off the money as a bad debt. And, you must pay the collector a portion of the customer’s payment.

If any debtors does not want to pay you your money I think it is the right time for you to involve the police or lawyer because most of them are stubborn that no matter how you want to handle it peacefully they still will not pay. Taking in your lawyer is the best.

First before giving out a loan make sure you know the in and out of the person you are giving out loan to, then after successfully disbursement and the debtors refuse to do repayment you will have to send polite reminder, if he still didn't pay then send threatening message that he will be reported to all of his contact and upload her pics on social media platform, once such threat is been given the debtor will go extra mile to make the payment.

At first, you must find out about the kind of customers you deal with. That kind of transactions shouldn't eben occur in the first place. Selling goods on credit could really affect your business and as such decrease the profit of the business
To recover money from debtors that are being adamant, they should be handed over to legal authorities

There is no hard and fast rule on how to recover money from debtors. However you can sue such person when a huge sum is involved and contract agreement was signed. Endeavor not to sell to person who are not credit worthy.

My advice for you is to never sell on credit to anyone whom you are not willing to forget the money for when he or she defaults to pay. Some people are very good at being debtors, they never want to pay money they owed to anyone. It's why I hardly sell on credit, or you keep a collateral.

This is going to be a hard work for you, if the debtor is stubborn. You just need to pay his a special kind of visit where you dialogue about his payment plans, if possible record your discussion secretly just in case he threatens you. If he does, use the recording to place a charge against him in the police, l believe they will take up the task and make him to sign an official document to pay back.
