How to recover bizdustry account if banned?

One of my friend's account on bizdustry has been banned, he is having more than 18$ in his account and want to recover his account. The reason showing "account has been banned due to rules violation". He has sent an email to bizdustry about this but didn't get reply yet!.
So he asked me to contact support from my account asking for the process how to recover an account if banned?

There is no way to access it, if he is banned. The whole purpose of a ban, is to stop further abuse and rules violations from the user who got banned; which includes no account access.
