Here are some tips for preparing for a Monday on a Sunday:

Plan your schedule for the upcoming week. This will help you prioritize tasks and make sure you have enough time for everything.

Organize your work space. Clear off your desk and make sure you have all the necessary materials and tools you'll need for the week.

Prepare your clothes and bag the night before. This will save you time in the morning and reduce stress.

Make sure you have a good breakfast and lunch planned for Monday. Preparing meals in advance can save time and help you stay on track with healthy eating habits.

Take some time to relax and unwind on Sunday. This can include activities such as reading, going for a walk or doing yoga.

Lastly, get a good night sleep on Sunday night, to be well-rested for the upcoming week.

It is better to write every day planning on a paper from sunday and then view if every day goal is achieved or not achieved to better plane your daily week plan.

On Sunday, I iron my clothes for the week, I cook for the week and set my business stock ready to embark on sales as from Monday.

If you do not have a job that you enjoy, no matter what you do you will never be prepared for Monday. The key to ge ready for the new working day is to like the job you do. Interestingly, you can still train yourself to like the job by enjoying what you do.

The job on a post office is not enough for the big majorities of employees that is why they prefer freelancing staff instead of working from 9 to 5 and salary is ended after 15 days of getting the salary especially for someone having a family.

Well, it is all about getting mentally prepared. There are many companies that never offer off days on Saturday. This is why many employees may think that they never get enough time in order to manage their weekend. This is how I used to feel in the past when I used to work an offline job.

Getting a good night sleep is very important for anyone planning to do better the next week at their workplace. Also, when you organise how you are going to work for the week, everything becomes better and cool, and that is why I have a planning list that I always make use of as well.

Monday is one of the days of the week which I hate so much because it comes with so much rush and pressure that it is going to be as if it's going to be the last day we are going to live.

I try as much as possible to get myself well rested on a Sunday and not over stress myself because I know the hell I am going to face on a Monday morning at work.
