In order to use MyBB on your forum, you first need a domain and hosting. If you buy a domain and hosting, chances are there that you will get a cPanel account. If you have cpanel account, you will see softcolous on your cpanel home page. softcolous is a service that provides one click installation of various programs, including MyBB.

I think there is technical support for installation because most of the people do not have a good background on setups and installations as most script buyers are providing service for free or for a little fee to skip all this headache and start with your forum directly.
