That one will be very hard , but if you mean business and also want your business to keep progressing, all you need is to summon courage and goto them to explain amd apologise to them and beg them to come back and experience the changed in your business.

Omo this is kinda difficult thing to do and which business organisation will even have the courage to walk up to their customers to really apologize for every mistake that has been done. Omo I don't think it's really possible. I haven't seen it before.
 
A customer that left willingly because they have somewhere else giving them satisfaction and a customer that left with a fight are very difficult to convince , but you must find a way to convince them if you want your business to keep growing
