Work hard, take time for yourself. Do the side jobs nobody wants to do. Don’t complain at work. When you screw up be the first to admit it, take the full blame, learn from it and move forward

Working hard could be one of the most crucial aspects of success. However, you must also be smart and try to make money with even the smallest amount of capital you have. There are many people who work hard and save money, but they never invest the small amount of money they had. I think this is a big mistake.

Unfortunately, many people do not recognize the necessity of sticking to a vision or objective. They have a tendency to attach sentiments to a specific person, location, or organization, and when that person, place, or organization deviates, they inadvertently deviate from the initial purpose. Always like you care and try not looking disappointed or sad at the work, after all it may ruin it a bit for the others, come in a good mode to the work and only if you are really disappointed or sad you can show it but try not doing it often.
don't ask for too many things, for example don't ask from your owner/manager to get promoted or to to get bonuses because it must come from him, usually people like it when you don't ask for such things but earn them.
 
Building a good relationship with people you are working and dealing with will also help you directly and indirectly . You must also have a good understanding of what you are dealing on. Don't limit yourself to the little knowledge you have. Be eager to explore more about your areas of concentration.
