I do not joke with exercise because I work full time online and I always try to stretch my muscles if I noticed that I'm staying too long in a particular place. I will sometimes move and I will stretch my legs and hands for an exercise.
 
One good and effective way to do that is to just rest. There are times that I would be wasted from working online and I would take some days off to sleep better and also get to relieve myself from the stress.

I take frequent breaks and now i am feeling much better. I was suffering from pain in shoulder. However, it is reduced now. This is because I no longer strain myself too much.
When I woke up today, I just did the standard stretch you know when you just stretch your arms out and I somehow pulled my entire left shoulder so hard.. it was like a charley horse but in my arm and back.

That is a very good idea and initiative. I am also a fitness person but sometimes I procrastinate a lot especially when I have a lot of things I am doing. Since this year have not really been serious with workouts.
I play football a lot, it is one of my favorite hobby but due to the amount of pressure and workload I have, I hardly go out to play ball, since this year I have not gone to the field which I am making concrete plans to change.
