If you are banned from Google Adsense, you will receive an official email from Google stating the reason for the ban. You may also be able to find this notification within your Adsense account.

A ban is not final and you have the right to appeal if you feel it is unjustified. Before making an appeal, you should try to correct any violations of Adsense TOS which caused your account to be banned.

If you choose, you can appeal here:

How to appeal your ban. You don't. You do this instead. (Especially if you have money you want to cash out)

They will give you a form when you get banned but 99 times out of 100 they will keep you banned. Pretty much no point in even appealing it.

It's great knowing information about appealing against your ban however from experience I know that appealing does not always work, even in cases were you know you were banned falsely like in my case were I was banned for apparently clicking on my own ads which I knew I hadn't been and despite me appealing they did not want to listen. You are very lucky if you can appeal a ban and win to be honest and I have never met anyone who has yet.

It's a shame in that instance that people don't get the ban lifted when falsely accused. There are bound to be these issues. I see Google's side of it, as a marketer, those ads are your way to communicate to the public, Google earn money from that and want to get these marketers accurate figures regarding clicks to said Ad. Nothing is perfect. Thanks for providing the link
