Yes I am also interested in having a digital skill, if you're really good in the type of skill you are having, you can make a lot of money with it online and you used the money two invest in offline projects as you said.it will be better this way.

I also think operating online and offline business are quite similar , all you need is the skill to execute the business , the only difference between online and offline business is just crypto currency trading I guess,
