I don't think travelling is very much affected in times like this. Air transport can only be affected if the weather is inclement or very unfriendly (thunderstorms) and not just because of cold.

Funny enough, they would rather pay heavy amounts to travel outside to other countries to witness tourism sites instead of developing the ones at home.
