I think once a week is pretty standard. But I try to post as often as possible. Unfortunately, it's usually inconsistent.

I used to be really good at posting on my blog. I would do it once a week, sometimes more. Now I don't do it as much. I do want to get back into blogging more because I did enjoy it, but it's hard to just sit there and think of something new to always post.
