How often do you go to the dentist?

I usually go about once every 6 months for a professional cleaning. However, I cut down the X-rays down to once annually to save on money and radiation damage.

Tbh I find it unusual that people even go to the dentist at all except for serious issues. I mean.... obviously there's a lot of people who go in regularly for stupid shite like getting "professional cleanings"...😂butt really wtf?!, do they just not bother brushing 2-3× daily? Tf are they eating...???? straight sugar? Why do they supposedly need a dentist to clean their grotty ass mouths in the first place? 😏 I haven't even had to get a single filling in 37 years. Only time I ever had to go in was about 2 years ago to get all four wisdom teeth yanked coz they came in partially impacted and basically couldn't fit.

While we're on the subject, I'll point out that we're being poisoned with extremely toxic chemical waste byproducts all in the supposed name of "dental health".

😎Officials misleadingly label the chemical waste byproducts as - "fluoride". They claim these chemicals—(which are infact classified as highly toxic and require protective gear whenever handling)—somehow aren't when they add it to our water supplies, dental products, etc.

If you believe I'm making this up....🤣ffs, sure whatever. I dare you to go look into it yourself. Google fluoride. Research it.
😏 Unless you're blind, you'll see exactly what I'm saying is true.
