How often would you say you go shopping? Either it be for food, clothes and needed supplies. How often do you shop? I try to every other week, depending on what we have left. What about you?

If it's grocery then once a month; If it's clothing then once in 6 months; If it's a gadget then once in 4-5 years maybe.

For food shopping, I tend to do that once a week which is a full shop of everything we need for meals and drinks and such.

For other kinds of shopping such as clothes, toiletries, cleaning products and such, I also do that once a week as well and pick up what I need and what I have run out of that week.

I find doing things that way helps me keep on top of things that need topping up and also helps me budget as well.

When it comes to food items, there's no way I would hold off on them for long because as long as you're alive, you're definitely going to eat. There are some people who doesn't know how to prioritise on what they buy and when they are buying. I don't give much relevance to my clothes shopping because I have more than enough. I just need to top them up once in a while.

My husband and I shop in bulk every other month. It is something I picked up from my mother while growing up. However, somethings like perishables, we quickly run out of so we run down to the local market almost weekly for those things.

Whenever I'm out of groceries or any item in my house is time to go for shopping. If I'm going for shopping, I'm virtually everything I need in bulk as I don't like repeating shopping too soon. It's the items which can't stay too long I buy in small quantities.

I shop every day. If I don't shop anything for that day, that would be unusual. I buy vegetables, dairy products, meat products, and food items almost daily. As for clothes and other items are considered, I buy them occassionally.

I go shopping for food once per week. If we have run out of cleaning products or hygiene products, I pick them up then, but we buy those in bulk and so I get those once every 6 months or so.

I go years between purchases of clothes and shoes (sewing ability perk).

I think I window shop more than I actually shop. I'll shop for groceries probably once or twice a month. Most other things I shop for are just at completely random times when I feel I need that item. I don't really have a set schedule for shopping.

Well, I believe that you still need to buy the essentials things that you need to make use of every day in order to get by. It doesn't mean that because you're not working or you haven't resumed working that you wouldn't have to shop for those essential items.

You can do those shopping in bulk. The cost of moving from here to there just to shop can be used elsewhere. As long as I have the money, I will always prefer to do the shopping twice in a month in order to save the cost of going to do these shopping.

There are some products or items that I buy in bulk. It saves me from frequently going to the shopping mall. It's the perishable items that I usually get in small bits because buying too many of them at once will have them damaged in a short period of time.

I live quite close to the store and I live by myself so I don't need to buy food for 1 week in advance so I always go to the store before cooking and buy everything I need
