How many times do you check Facebook a day?

I check it a few times a day. I'm trying to do so less and less. I enjoy the site, but think it can be a bit distracting and a waste of time if you pay too much attention to it. I like seeing what's going on, but don't want to neglect my day to day duties. So I'd say about 5 times a day.

I keep Facebook open all day and I check it when I see a notification that I have some new interaction, or when I feel like posting or sharing something. It's also on my phone, and I manage it there the same way.
