How many sites is too many?

Too many sites are quite overwhelming for me. Like you, three is just fine. Anything more than that would require more from me and I don't have more to give. You can't give what you don't have.

Even three websites need to hire staff because you cannot moderate everything your self more websites having to mean more staff means more expenses.

How many sites is too much is question to correct more than one site. More than one site is not much provided someone can manage it. Because people are looking for how to make more income.

You are quite right on that aspect , any number you think you can't handle is too much , I was normally working on five different sites back them but its consuming time and everything , so i have to reduce it

Everyone knows their capacity when it comes to managing different website. Yeah some people who can manage up to three blogs at the same times. There are some other people who will manage 20 blogs without any problem.

When it comes to running sites, I like to keep it simple. At most, I like to have around 5 sites, but at least 3. I am thinking of cutting back to just 3 sites, as I get stressed having to keep an eye on too many. And I feel this way, I can focus my time on just those 3 and make them even better.

What about you though? Do you feel you have too many sites? Or have just the right amount? Or maybe you want more?

To me I think it depends on the individual. If he or she works full-time online, the person can work have more than 5 sites if the person can because he or she have the all time to do so. But but if someone that works offline, 2 sites is OK so that one can focus and achieve much.

It's depends on individual time value but I don't think having more than 5 online gigs is is not good for anyone, because time will not permit one to perform his or her duty properly

Running three websites on your own will be tough but just earning on them by posting is manageable if you have time.

It is all about writing an article for a specific keyword on Google search engine. The SEO articles you are going to write must contain a certain percentage of the keyword. it will be easier if you have basic knowledge about search engine optimisation.

This question is controversial as it depends on individuals capacity to handle things. Personally, I will always try to manage only one website at the same time. This will give me more time to channel my energy on it to make it bigger instead of sharing my energy on more than one website.

Well, running too many site, to me is so complicated and you will lack time for your self and even lack specialization in a particular site. running 3 to 4 site to me is too much and I will prefer at most to get involved in 2 site which can pay me very well and at least 1 site.

I have almost 2 dozen sites, and I do not think I have too many sites. As long as you have time to mange your site, and you update your sites regularly I think you can manage a lot of sites

I think about 20 website is too many for a person to manage effectively especially when they are niche website. The reason is that it can be very hard to keep posting content continuously on all the websites in order to maintain free organic traffic generated by the blogs.

In this case, it is possible to split working days means Monday I will manage 3 random blogs and Tuesday 3 random blogs than not post on all of them the same day it will be very tiring work.

It is is if you just want to do that one for a week. But it can be very hard if you want to be consistent with the schedule you just lay down in your comment. You will need the help of virtual assistant if you want to manage all the blogs effectively.

when you feel that you can no longer manage them, then there are too many. you can't have 10 sites and you don't have time for yourself.

No, i don't feel i have too many sites. As a matter of fact, i feel the number of sites i have is just the right amount for me. I'm currently working on only two sites and i have time for myself.
