How many posts does your forum have?

A Different Opinion has just gone over 2200 in just over a month (less than 2 days over a month) and more importantly getting some excellent content with several quality discussions with real opposing points of view being argued firmly but politely.

That- I have to say -is a fantastic acievement!

That's great! I love this site, by far, more than any other forum. I must really get some sleep. I've been working like a dog all night trying to make it work. My contacts are starting to revolt.

Have you tried postloop? Very useful for getting posts on your forum

Getting close to 6K. I have set a goal of 2k posts/month and, even if April was a little slower, we're getting there. As soon as the community picks off, I'd like to set some bigger goals and make sure we're getting them achieved. The first 6 months for a forum are the hardest, so I want to put as much effort now, to make sure we'll get to a decent activity level in no time.

Plus you're in an intensely competitive niche, so it's going to be quite difficult- WebGurubb is as well but there is a wider range of topics that can be discussed which appeals to more people Do you ever find yourself annoyed at all the other small uncommitted admin forums starting up?

My site is currently sitting at 1,125 posts on the nose.

I just took my forum down and it had around 90 posts. I took it down to put more focus into my blog. Both the forum and the blog were on the same subject.

I do plan on making a different form this fall on another subject.
