How many hours of sleep do you get every night?

I only get around 4-6 hours of sleep every night but that is enough for me to function the next day. It is because during the day I can not do anything productive but at night I can get everything done in a few hours and I seem to do better work at night. How many hours do you get every night and why?

I'm good at 4 to 5 hours a night. If I ever sleep 7 or 8 hours I'm very sluggish the next day.
