How many hours a day do you stay connected?

It so happened that I spend most of my time at the computer. My work has become remote. My hobby is online games - https://spiniacasino.co I almost always have several messengers enabled. I turn one off when I go to bed. It seems to me that I am in touch all the time now) Usually, this is not work but something like a chat in an online casino)) I can work and play at the same time)

I can't even tell the specific time am connected ,it depends sometimes is just 2 hours while sometimes even more ,it depends on the work I have offline, if I am less busy I use to spend much time online.

It has no definite in my own side because stay connected depend on the job I decided to do on a particular day and how less i am busy with my offline job on day

That's applicable also to me.i also have a lot of things to do offline. Sometimes I find it very difficult to do my online task.but it's getting better now.

I stay connected almost everyday, it's very important because I have a lot things doing online and on different sites at different times, so almost 24hrs daily I will say

I stay connected throughout the day and sometimes at night except I'm asleep. This is to prove that as long as I have data, I'm never disconnected. It's become part of my routine because I don't want to miss any event online.

Currently I dont stay long connected, it was then that I use to stay long for about 6 hours doing one thing or the other, but now I only stay for 3 hours.

Mostly I stay connected throughout the day till around 10pm when I go to sleep, But it doesn't mean that I'm busy working. I just make myself available for urgent messages.

I generally stay online for the time that i can spend here during the day considering that i have other tasks such as work and studies and therefore the time that i spend online is quite limited. However i try to spend time here as a source of earning crypto.

I stay connected for almost eighteen hours per day. This is easier for me because I don't use to off my data for Twentyfour hours. Only when network is not good.

I no longer stay online for lengthy periods of time; I used to stay connected for approximately 4 hours doing one thing or another, but now I only stay for 2 hours.

I can't really see but I know I spend a lot of time online every day and I'll try to make money and I tried to get watch content on Facebook and Instagram. I follow the latest update on Twitter and also I tried to chat with my family, friends and some stranger like that to get new connection. So I spend most of my time online. I will say I spend at least 10 hours each day.

I stay connected for about 8 hours a day. I check my email first thing in the morning, and I try to reply to emails and messages before I leave for lunch, so that's usually another hour or so. Then I check my email again after lunch, which usually takes another hour or two. Then I do some work on the computer.

If I'm working on a project that requires online research, I spend a lot of time online doing that, but if not then it's just checking my email or browsing social media or something like that for about an hour or two more. And then finally, I check my phone for messages at night before going to bed—that's probably another half hour or so.

So in total, I'm connected 13 hours a day! It's not as bad as it sounds though because most of those activities are pretty mindless—just checking email or browsing social media isn't exactly difficult work!

There is no actual number of hours I spent online because whenever I am not sleeping or busy, I am always online. So I would say that I spend nothing less than 10 hours per day.
