How good is your customer service?

The importance of having a very good customer service department can never be overemphasised in any kind of business or company. They are the one's that work to make sure the business doesn't lose their customers over dissatisfaction with products or services they paid for.

Have you ever had to step in because your customer service representative isn't doing a good in solving a customer's problem?

Having a great customer service is a central part of a business. If I ever run a business in the future (inshallah), then I would definitely try my best to improve my customer service as much as I can. This also includes hiring experts for the job.
 
I like to think it's pretty good, as I strive to make sure my customers and whoever I work for know they are covered and I will go above and beyond with my work. I hate when my customers aren't happy with the work I do, because that looks bad on me.

The funny thing is that whenever you have customer or client is not happy with your service is it is always most likely going to affect how they will be interested in patronizing your services again which is why I try as much as possible to get a feedback from them in order to know exactly what they think about the services they just received.
 
I think I have pretty good customer service. I can be reached through email or through a message on Telegram or WhatsApp. I always try to reply as soon as I see the message. I have never charged with a bad customer support.

Well, sometimes a customer may be so annoyed that they may actually try to reach the support and try to give feedback, even though the business may not have this facility to do so. Under such kind of conditions, it would be an embarrassment for the business. This is why it is always important to create a support system that allows the customer to offer feedback.

I think that there are various different levels of customer service administration that may deal with the customer in a different manner. In many companies, an agent is the one who usually assist customers. However, when they are not capable of handling things, they usually forward the case to higher-level employees who serve the customers.
 
I would say that I have pretty good customer service. I am always available during my work times to be contacted if anyone has an issue or a question regarding any orders that they may have placed or regarding an order they may place.

I feel if you are running any kind of business, you do need to have good customer service so I thrive to ensure I do have that.

Customer service is an essential part of all businesses and i think that different strategies could be created in order to offer the best customer services. This involves creating a better customer service platform where you assign each and every customer care service representatives when it comes to dealing with the customers.

The only business in country that have a very bad customer service relationship with their customers but I'm still forced to use their services are the telecommunication companies. They are so horrible but since there's no good alternative, I'm forced to take their madness and not say a thing.

It's good to add that it's your customer service department which provide most of the after sales services which keeps your customers in high mood about patronizing your business. They are the problem solver for customers and they need to be good in their job at all times.

The customer service representatives are always expected to be at their very best in their job every single day without having an off-day in terms of not being focused in doing their job because any mishap from them is going to have a very serious dent in the business which will take more than what it cost to fix it.

That's the nature of things though. Some customers will be stubborn when wrong, and will keep acting up. And some will go out of their way to review the business bad, or bad mouth the business on social media and elsewhere. Most people who act this way, won't be back to your site or use your services again anyway.

You always have that one crazy customer you will have to deal with in your business on daily basis which is why you have to make sure that you do everything right by the business in order to make sure that nothing is going to come back to you in a negative way especially when the customer decide to take things over the limits.

Customer service is meant to be improved on as often as it can be. Customers behaviour is always erratic which is why your customer service should be adaptive to make up for how your customers behaviour impacts on your business.

Your business customers always need to be taken care of irrespective of whatever situation they might have in your business as long as they have made a purchased any product and even those that are still making inquiries on your business too because that is the only way you can be able to retain them for a very long time patronizing your business.
