Take care of your existing customers. They will be your target market. Improve customer service by making them more responsive to their needs and expectations. I will try as much as possible to strengthen my customer service.

I often say that competitions and other challenges in business should be turned into opportunities and advantages for the business. From the beginning, competitions were meant to be healthy and positive. They are supposed to push an individual and help him/her strategize to be better and hit a higher target. But now competitions are posed to disrupt or end another. If a business owner is not aware of his/her environments and competition, that could be a potential threat and end the business.
 
In every business there must be a competitor one or more but as an entrepreneur you must look for the weaknesses of you competitors and take the advantage of over them by doing this your profit will increase greatly. Find out what you competitors are not doing and use it against them .

Competitive analysis is very helpful before and during business. You can compete with competitors when you offer Lower prices and focus on the things. Improve your customers feedback and differentiate at the strategy level. Be controversial and be deep not broad.
 
I must compete with them in any way I can, I will just look for the weaknesses in their products like what do they lack of? When I figure out what their products is lacking then I will address that weakness to my own product. That way the customers will know what doesn't lack on my products.
