How do you usually treat your headaches?

Dealing with headaches can be very annoying. Personally, I hate experience headache anytime because it's very painful for me to deal with. It's why I always have Sudrex at home to take whenever I start having headaches. It usually works for me but when the headache keeps coming back, I will go for proper medical treatment.

There's a drug which I take whenever I have headache, it's called BOSKKA. It used to be Pandol Extra but it no longer works for me. I had to switch to another.

When I have a headache, I'll see if it goes away without paracetamol. If it doesn't go away after a few hours, I'll take 1 paracetamol and hope the headache clears.

I take paracetamol and sleep for a bit to see if that clears my headache.
If it doesn't, I drink plenty and chill out for the day.

I used to think paracetamol doesn't work but the last time I had a headache and took it, it changed my whole opinion about its efficacy.

I tend to get headaches a lot due to my suffering with acute migraines and they can be a pain when they strike unexpectedly.

I tend to either nap until the headache eases or I will take paracetamol for them and make sure that I drink plenty.

I don't tend to have headaches often but when I do, it means I'm having fever symptoms. I will go for lap test and treat myself immediately without wasting time.
