Time management is very important skill one should have. If you want to excel and increase productivity, you need to learn how to manage your time. How do you do it? Well, as far as I am concerned I make priorities based on importance and urgency, and allocate specific time slots for each activity. I also break larger tasks down into smaller, more manageable tasks to avoid feeling overwhelmed.

Working with a schedule is what's going to help you very well when it comes to being able to manage your time very well to have increased productivity. I can never start my day without setting my work schedule.
