How do you manage staff and keep the morale up?

That is actually very true. Everybody deserves respect irrespective of their position. It is also very important for people to obey rules and regulations in order not to be disrespected.

Well, we are all human beings and when it comes to working in an office, we must try to understand that each and every person in the office is playing his or her role.

there should be incentives for best performing staffs and also some form of welfare packages like health insurance, accident insurance etc. it should be giving based on the nature of the job

that is actually very true but I think it is mostly applied to big companies. There are some companies that may not be able to afford that even though it is a very good suggestion.

Both the managers and supervisors could help to manage the team in the best way and there are many people who could play their role for the betterment of the organisation.

The truth is that everybody within the business environment have their roles to play. The manager have his own role and so many people in some strategic positions also have to do their best to ensure their business succeeds.
 
If you want to boost the morale of your employees I'll advise to be doing giveaways, in my own opinion this one of the best way you can use to retain them.

you have to be very strategic on how you go about the give away let it not be something that is very easy to get, it should be more like a reward system for there hard work.

Having a strategy is very important, but that's not enough, you need to have a lot of things before you can actually earn money, having a good plans is very important.

having a plan and a strategy is almost the same thing as it is a well thought out process with an expected outcome, and this is what you need to do before giving out giveaways to your workers.

the best way to manage them is your reaction towards them , which includes, giving them an insentive, paying them at the right time, address them with some morals,seek for there individual opinion towards the business,in that way, the we be relex and ready to work for you.
