If you're a forum owner like me, how do you manage staff? How do you get them excited to post, be active, and help grow the forum? I have several people helping me out on AdminCoin and they have been GREAT so far! Blessed to have them. I'm curious about what you do to keep the morale up and going!

I think the best way to motivate to post is to reward them accordingly. When people see that there are benefiting a lot from your forum, they'll keep coming back. And for your forum to be beneficial to people, your staff must be at their best and be motivate to post meaningful contents.

Well, I would always try to keep up the morale of the members of the website by making sure that they get paid the right amount of money and I shall also raise compensation amount as inflation is increasing a lot.

I think that keeping the morale high of the employees could be done by encouraging them to be more active on the website. This is important when you tend to run an online forum.

Well you can encourage them by different kind of behavior first you should be polite with them appreciate their work and give them rewards and also can motivate them by making sure they are being paid a fair amount for the work they are doing for you.

I believe that rewarding people appropriately is the best approach to encourage them to post.
People will continue to visit your forum if they can tell that they are getting a lot out of it.
Additionally, your employees must be at their best and inspired to publish insightful information for your forum to be helpful to users.

I think that paying a fair amount of cash to members is also quite important as well. This will motivate them a lot, as you compensate them well with the amount of money they deserve to get paid.

if i am to say base on my perspective i believe you should offer them incentives or have a reward system in place that helps to motivate them, and also incoporate there ideas into the forum as well.

i think that offering incentives could definitely keep them motivated, but rewards alone are not enough at all. You must also offer them good pay rates as well.

There are several ways to manage staffs in an organisation but you as the manager most be very sensitive. try to be an open minded person, learn from them and get possible suggestions that they may bring forth.

I give them at a lot of of and I treat them well I tolerate any a lot of things they do I don’t speak to them any how

I always try to maintain the morale of my site members by ensuring they receive the correct amount. We will also increase the amount of rewards as inflation is going on.

prompt payment is always important and necessary to keep the morale of your workers very high. Sometimes you can give them bonuses especially if there are some excesses in profit.

I believe that providing incentives might absolutely keep them motivated, but just giving out rewards is insufficient. Additionally, you must give them competitive pay rates.

Yes, I think that raising the amount of pay rates should happen gradually as the inflation is also increasing in a gradual way. This means that people must be paid well.

Yeah, sometimes the forun owners are also putting the amount of money they make into consideration. A forum that makes much amount of money will actually try as much as possible to improve on the pay rate.

With the people I do hire, I tend to befriend most of them. I like to be on a personal level with some of the people I have working for me, because sometimes it helps make the sites easier to run, and it feels better than having some random person you don't know doing work for you.

I like to give respect to my staff, as I expect them to me. I also like to give bonuses for good performance and I have even started doing a secret santa thing too.

Nice one from you dude. I also plan to start my own forum some day and I will actually try as much as possible to be friendly with them. It is always a very important for you to reward good performance because it motivates them.

The first step is to understand what makes your employees happy. Is it a good work-life balance, or does it mean something else? It's important to know what makes people tick, so that you can be sure that you're doing everything you can to keep them happy.

Once you've figured out what makes them happy, it's time to put together a plan for keeping morale high. This could include things like regular team outings, or maybe even just having the team spend time together outside of work hours. If possible, try to incorporate some kind of social aspect—this will help strengthen bonds between coworkers, which in turn helps keep everyone happy at work.

Finally, be sure that your employees know how much they mean to the company and how much they're appreciated by management. If someone feels like they're not getting the respect they deserve or if they feel like they aren't being valued by their employer, then morale will plummet quickly—and no one wants that!
