Even if you don't want to , but sometimes the circumstances become like this. When someone misbehave with you, it is very important to deal with them the their language and teach them a lesson.I do not like to manage bad customers but I always have to. The thing is that you should always listen to then and try to calm then then explain what you meant
Although am no more working in a business organization where I will have to handle one bad or two bad customers anymore,but when I was working in a filling station I always got high on alcohol before starting the day work, because with that am always jovier with everyone.Let's accept the fact that not all days are Sundays. You are going to meet few bad people before you meet good ones. And so the customers are also the same. You will meet few bad ones before you meet good ones. Business is one such thing where bad elements get attracted every now and then. Managing people is difficult for each one of us.
So how do you manage the bad customers in Business?
That's the slogan of a customer and the owner of a business slogan saying customer are always right no matter how bad they are, its the duty of the business man to know how to manipulate and brainwash his customer.Remember the saying, customers are always right. So you have to have that at the back of your mind when dealing with them. Treat them with caution. Try to her them out and provide solutions to their problems.
I am totally in support of your submission. There should be a consensus between the business owner and his customers on how to solve any grievances that may arise in the course of their business.There should be an understanding between a business organisation and the customer,a business companies should clearly ask a difficult customer what they really want and from there they can determine if they are able to satisfy the demands or not.
I completely agree with you that everything in life needs proper strategies and ways through which that you want to reach your goals and objectives in life and in early venture that you I've committed yourself to do or to enter into. Managing a bad customer can being properly done bye being very docile to this customer and make sure that all their decisions are okay with you.Everything in life needs proper strategies to enable you strike balance the whole stuff.
All you need to do to maintain a bad customer in a business is to maintain loyalty and make the customer know or feel that you value him or her more.
If you will not admit that there is a bad customer then your business may suffer with the adversity. A bad customer can affect the staff and other customers as well. If you have encountered a bad customer who would blame you incessantly and even tell the other customers that your business is not good then you might realize that there is indeed a bad customer.They are no good or bad customers my friend. There is a saying that goes, the customer is always right, so try applying that principle to your business.
The best way to manage bad customers in your business is to actually give them good customer care on hospitality one way or the other they might notice your Goodwill towards them and they will change.If I have a bad customer on business who are ready to run down my business if given the opportunity to do so. The best thing I will do in this regard is just for me to stand my ground and not to sell to them
