How do you hire staff members?

I don't have a site owned by me talk more of hiring staffs, but to say I own a site online ,I will hire staff based on activeness, contribution and skills of the individual to advocate and maintain standards of my site

Hiring the staff member could be a challenge and I think that hiring the right kind of member would require you to know more about the person. I would hire a friend of mine for this job.

If you think one of your users would be a good fit for the position, you can also offer them a job.

When I hired staff for my forum, I looked for people willing to work on my sites on webmaster forums. I contacted people based on their activities on the forum. I have also hired through freelancer sites.
