How do you handle delayed payment?

A lot of people don't take it lightly when there's a delay in getting their payments after working on any website or forum.

In a situation where something happened that resulted in having payments being delayed in your forum and members are getting aggressive and agitated, how do you usually handle it?

I once had a poster who started messaging mew on multiple platforms asking about the payment. After I paid this guy, I never hired him again. I do not like people who are impatient and ask about payment.

Handling delayed payment from my side is not easy. Anybody who is waiting for a payment and the payment wasn't coming will actually be anxious. Because it is a money matter. You needed to meet your needs. It is not easy to be gentle in a situation like that.
